How you will feel in a state of Guided Self Hypnosis is that drowsy feeling of waking in the morning. That moment in time when you are half asleep, yet half awake. Your eyes are closed, you can hear everything that is going on around you. You can even feel how close things are. Your arms and legs feel heavy, loose and limp. You may want to move, but you feel so cosy, comfortable and warm, you can’t be bothered.
